Having picked up their instruments at ages nine and eight respectively, flautist Rui (Caroline) Wang and pianist Yu Zhou Zhang crossed paths at the Royal College of Music. Their programme features flute works by two composers who were equally active as musicians – German pianist Friedrich Kuhlau and French flautist Jules Demersseman.
