We are recruiting a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Charlton House.
(15 hours a week) The PA will play a vital role in supporting the CEO. They will provide project support, manage diaries and meetings as well as day-to-day operational administrative support to the CEO.
They will have excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills, dealing with a wide range of people including Royal Borough of Greenwich, Trustees, Partners, Tenants, Funders, staff and the public.
The role involves providing a high standard of administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, and tasks that include:
- To co-ordinate meetings: produce and circulate minutes, and ensure actions are completed.
- Set up meetings and organise catering.
- To produce reports and support projects.
- To co-ordinate the Leadership Team to collect and record key data, update risk register.
- To create efficient files for HR records and Volunteers.
- To provide effective communication with Royal Borough of Greenwich, Trustees, Partners, Tenants, Funders and other stakeholders.
- To take room bookings.
- To undertake any other duties that may be reasonably requested.
