Current and previous volunteer roles

Garden Volunteers
We have an enthusiastic and dedicated team of volunteers who are working hard to restore the walled gardens and long borders at Charlton House. This project is a joint collaboration between Greenwich Heritage and Charlton & Blackheath Amateur Horticultural Society.

Research
Working with our archives and collections to find out more about the borough for projects and exhibitions.

Collections
Working closely with our Museum collections, cataloguing and repackaging objects.

Other volunteer roles

Events
Assisting with our event programme preparations and activities.

Education
Helping us use our museum and archives to teach schools, colleges and families and help people find out about our heritage.

Marketing
Working closely with our marketing and communications manager to support with marketing activities of the trust, and carry out essential research and development.
