Charlton House’s delightful rooms and stunning halls are rich in period detail, featuring original fireplaces and intricate plasterwork ceilings. They offer flexible meeting spaces for training, conferences and board meetings and can accommodate up to 120 people. Combined with our friendly service, Charlton House is an ideal place to meet and train.
Hire charge includes flip chart, paper and pens as well as use of data projectors, laptops and TV/video (subject to availability).
A varied menu, including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan food, is available from the Charlton House Tearoom. Refreshments and catering can be served in your meeting room.

Afternoon Tea can be booked for small or large groups of visitors within Charlton House. Cream tea and a selection of cakes and sandwhiches are avalible, all served with exquisite views of the both the house and its grounds.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance and must be between Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. Please contact us to enquire about a Saturday booking.

Charlton Assembly Rooms
Charlton Assembly Rooms is a popular venue for children's parties. It is also an ideal rehearsal space and, with its parquet flooring, a perfect location for dance classes. It is a welcoming and unique space for meetings of faith based groups.
Any three-hour period between 10am and 6pm costs £150. We also request a deposit of £50, refundable following your event, subject to terms and conditions.
The sandwiches, scones and cakes all looked and tasted freshly baked and were delicious (and pretty). For what it cost per head, it exceeded expectations, then exceeded them again!Visitor
