Serving a delicious selection of hot food, cakes and bakes, and hot and cold beverages.
We also host special Afternoon Tea and Cream Tea for both small and large groups (please note we ask for 24 hours notice and full pre-payment).

GLL Book Library
As well as a wide selection of books, the library also loans DVDs, videos, CDs and Playstation games. For younger visitors there's a children's play area with puzzles and toys to keep them occupied.

Classes in Japanese from beginners to advanced levels as well as English classes for Japanese speakers.

Bus routes: 53, 54, 380, 422 and 486.
Train: Charlton Station (British Rail) then 10-minute walk (uphill) or 486 bus to Warren Walk. Proceed up hill to Charlton House.
Tube: North Greenwich (Jubilee Line), then take 486 bus to Warren Walk. Proceed up hill to Charlton House.
Parking at Charlton House
A new pay and display parking policy applies at Charlton House car parks located to the front of the house
- £1 per hour between the hours of 8am and 5pm, 50p per hour between 5pm and 10pm
- A barrier located at the entrance to the house and grounds will be down and locked between the the times of 9pm and 8am
- Receive a 10% discount on any purchases in Charlton Tea Rooms when presenting the voucher portion of your ticket
- Blue badge holders can park for free in designated disabled bays when displaying a blue badge
- On Saturday and Sunday pay and display will apply during house operating hours
