Meet the Collection

July 2021 to July 2022

'I am a museum.' 'I am an archive.'

Royal Greenwich Heritage Trust presents a touring museum and archive pop-up programme appearing across the Royal Borough of Greenwich, showcasing the treasures and hidden gems of the Borough. Join us at an event stop for activities and object handling in your local area.

Upcoming Events:

Meet the Collection with the Friends of St Luke’s
St Luke’s Church, Charlton - Sunday 6th March, 1-4:30pm

Come and engage with local history artefacts in the wonderful setting of St Luke’s Church. Learn about the history of the Church and Charlton, and go on a tower tour. Everyone is welcome for refreshments, free children’s activities, and a chance to tell your own stories of the area.

Meet the Collection: Reminiscence Workshop
Greenwich Carers Centre, Charlton House - Tuesday 8th March, 10:30-11:30am

We'll bring some of our collection of historic artefacts for you to see how people lived in the Royal Borough of Greenwich over the years. Come along and see if you recognise any of the places or faces. Share your stories and memories of living in the borough.
