Royal Greenwich Heritage Trust is seeking a motivated and hands-on Operations Manager to join the team. They will ensure the smooth, safe and successful running of our venues, which include Charlton House & Gardens and the Charlton Assembly Rooms.
This is a key role linking planning and practical delivery across all areas of our work: venue operations, events, hires, and visitor experience. Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, Education and Estates teams, you’ll make sure our sites operate safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standards while supporting income growth and great customer service.
You’ll lead our Front of House Team, manage daily operations, coordinate events and hires, oversee contractors and ensure compliance, all while creating a welcoming, professional environment for visitors, hirers and tenants alike.
