We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join Royal Greenwich Heritage Trust as as part of the leadership team.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the Trust’s room and site hire, and events. They will oversee a continual public programme and ensure commercial events and marketing efforts for year-round activities are in line with the vision and strategic plan, and that income targets are met, working in collaboration with the Finance and Programming Committee of the Board. Responsibilities will include:

• Develop strategies to increase venue hire.
• Develop and implement new commercial strategies to maximize revenue, animate the site and attract new audiences.

• Handle events, weddings, functions, filming enquiries and delivery.
• Oversee pricing policy.
• Monitor sales performance and profitability, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

The Commercial Manager role is part of the Leadership team and will be responsible for driving income generation across commercial activities and enhancing the visitor experience to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across the entire Trust’s portfolio. The role will involve managing day-to-day operations, identifying revenue growth opportunities, and delivering innovative strategies that align with organisational objectives.
