Tender Opportunity: Conservation-Accredited Architect Required
Royal Greenwich Heritage Trust is seeking experienced, conservation-accredited architectural practices to submit a tender for the provision of professional services at the historic Charlton House.
Project Scope:
The appointed architect will be required to:

Review an existing roof condition report

Provide professional commentary, advice, and options
-
Deliver associated cost estimates
The objective is to support the Trust’s second-phase grant application to Historic England, aimed at the repair and renewal of the roof at Charlton House. The Trust has successfully passed the first round of the application process.
